The understanding of property as a mayor contributor to the national economy, is the main driver for the government policy on supporting the households financially, through subsidized housing regulations. These regulations makes it now affordable for middle income households to buy a new home, to improve their living conditions. Due to the flexibility and adding structure of the schemes, the different typologies will range from low to high income families.The country is divided into three mayor zones. North, middle and south, each with specific conditions in relation to climate and vegetation. The different typologies responses to its local context through its flexibility, freedom of orientation, local climate engineering and choice of material.
